This web site will provide official updates - check regularly!
Last posting:  February 5, 2012

We can't enter the historic site until after 5:30, Friday evening - please make EVERY EFFORT POSSIBLE to arrive Friday evening.

We must prepare our own rations and stay close to camp.  We are working within a museum environment with high expectations.  Our "deportment" will be scrutinized.

Commitment is required - no walkons and those attending must commit
for the entire event - this is "prime time" folks.  pbp

To Unit Commanders –
By attachment is your unit’s official invitation letter and registration form.

Also attached is a W-9 form that needs to be completed by each unit.  This is required by Colonial Williamsburg Accounting so that honorariums may be paid.  Our Accounting Dept. requires a current W-9 be on file
for EVERY year.

When completing the registration and W-9 forms, if you are emailing them to me, remember to save them and use the FORWARD button to return them. or you may fax or post them to me.  Just remember they need to be returned to me no later than March 15, 2012
